This is one of the reasons I’m keeping an open mind as to what might turn up.

Also, I’m pretty sure this is the same company (or a closely related one) that had a supply of the India Sovereigns last year. I ordered and paid for one of those but ended up being refunded, as they didn’t have sufficient stock. We shall see.

I had ordered, recevied an order confirmation and paid for mine by bank transfer by 8:41 am on Wednesday morning.

I e-mailed them yesterday to request despatch details and they told me they hadn't received my money, which is why they hadn't provided shipping info.

They then later confirmed that my money had arrived (seemingly delayed for the first time ever), but that they had none in stock.

Disappointing to say the least, but not unexpected.

@Shinus73 I didn't expect it to still be for sale in the afternoon and went ahead and paid by Pay Pal.  Business seemed legit.  Received order confirmation and went back to check the stock and was showing as sold out.  To me it looked as though they had more than one in stock since the cart updated.

No dispatch on Wednesday so fully expected it to dispatch on Thursday.  Nothing.  Saw you post about buying one so that got me thinking that since they hadn't dispatched it yet there must be an issue.  Gave them a ring this morning and told them I hadn't received any dispatch nor phone call about the order.  Said it would have dispatched yesterday and after they confirmed my name and email from their computer and that the sovereign was the one in a red card they put me on hold.  Came back and asked if I had the order number and then a little more searching he found the tracking number.  Didn't look very promising at that point.  Emailed it over while I was on the phone and tracking showed it had been posted (signed-for and not special) but I was fully expecting it to eventually update to being delivered but it would not be me who would be receiving it (expecting you to take delivery).  Surprised when it did show up today.

@morezone They only ever had one coin. It appears that the only reason your order was processed and mine wasn’t, is that you used PayPal. I’ve let them know my thoughts 👊 and will be sharing them in a thread later (no reflection on you obviously).

It would seem that unless you checkout with Pay Pal, they qty isn't reduced automatically.  Flawed system.  I would have been more inclined to take the BT method of payment.  Less likely to be fraudulent and 0% fees.
