Anyone interested in a group purchase?

New Zealand Silver Fern 1Oz (NZ Mint)

Australia Wedge Tail Eagle (Perth Mint)

 

No idea of prices, will depend on numbers and exchange rate on the day. I guess we would also have to agree to share any VAT added by customs if they nab the parcel on it's way in to the country, on a per coin pro rata sort of deal.

 

Is there much interest in these coins? Personally I would be up for a few Taku's and a few Wedge Tails.

Do you mean the 5oz HR wedge tailed eagle proof? (Status on Perth mint is unavailable) because the 1oz proof and 1oz HR proof are sold out from the mint, I think they were sold out a long time ago. I luckily have 1 of each hehehe, the 5oz HR proof is a bit big and expensive for me though.

I think what puts most people off is the VAT

the uncertainty is what put me off, you can end up with a lot of hassle

and maybe even paying not much less per oz for all your efforts.
