How does the dip leave the highly polished bits? Always been wary of trying a dip for fear of how it would leave these.

@HighlandTiger

any comment?

Can't say I noticed that it affected any part of the coin apart from getting rid of milk spots and tarnish. But then I didn't stick it under a microscope

Was a tad worried it may leave the shiny bits a little dull. I'll give it a go sometime thanks.

My first and main purchase arrived Tuesday by RM and labelled Special Delivery. I had to sign. I am still waiting for my second one but this got caught up in their late change of rules (max 3 coins) and the public holiday in Denmark. I would expect it tomorrow.

Is anyone else still waiting for these to arrive out of interest?

Also can anyone confirm how they are delivered is it royal mail or a courier? Thanks.

I'm still waiting on mine, ordered on the 4th but still not a word even about being posted out, the status just says 70 whatever that means.

@Scuzzle My 2nd batch was ordered on the 3rd & as per Steve was involved in the only buy 3 stipulation, so I'd expect package tomorrow or Friday.

Thanks, are they not meant to send e-mail confirmation saying despatched, I've had nothing.

My order was shipped on the 3rd of May. Found out by emailing them last week, my order has no status on the website but their customer services confirmed it has been shipped. Because it is royal mail signed for I am not worried yet. :)

Sorry bro, i cant help as i only got what i needed. Small silver fund cause placed big order last month otherwise i would have been all over it like beans on toast. :) Maybe someone else will want to cash some up. Would be interesting to see the bartering on that one knowing they were bought for £19.

I got mine through this morning, package was damaged however and was sealed inside a Royal Mail poly bag, the corner of the package had opened and I am missing one of my coins.  I have looked at the Royal Mail claims procedure and it looks more hassle than it's worth to make a claim.

Happy with the coins I received, a couple are starting to show the very slightest beginning of toning on the outside edges but I take it thats acceptable.

Yes, the packaging leaves a little to be desired.

One of mine had a tear in it but thankfully all coins were still inside.

A couple of my capsules were broken also but I have plenty.

Only just spotted this thread!

Ordered 15 x 2005 and a couple of singles, 2003 and 1999.

My order arrived today, all in OMP apart from the 1999, so pretty happy with that :)

3 coins have edge toning, currently deciding whether to take out of OMP for a clean ;)
