That looks like a lovely bar indeed @sixgun! I love the character it's acquired, and it looks super thick and a good hefty brick of silver!

I only have Metalor so far and I love those, but they're new and the certain element of history, albeit relatively recent, and a character acquired over time (as well as the thickness!) makes this one for me.

I would absolutely love some antique silver bars!

It is one of the old refinery odd weight - this one is 9.86 oz.

Always cast your vote - Spoil your ballot slip. Put 'Spoilt Ballot - I do not consent.' These votes are counted. If you do not do this you are consenting to the tyranny. None of them are fit for purpose.
A tyranny relies on propaganda and force. Once the propaganda fails all that's left is force.

A blessing

Technically, alcohol is a solution..

'It [socialism] poses a growing threat, however unintentional, to the freedom of this country, for there is no freedom where the State totally controls the economy. Personal freedom and economic freedom are indivisible. You can’t have one without the other. You can’t lose one without losing the other.'

A few gold Sovereigns would complement that nice cache you have there.

I have my eyes on a tube of 1/4 ounce queen's beasts... I find them gorgeous.

Although might not be for another month or two!

Thanks to Ash a couple of 1 kilo bars from Australia. Deak International bought the refinery from Engelhard which explains why the bars have a similar look. Deak didn't last long and was bought out by Johnson Matthey.
