This is my stack of 318 oz.  I have about 20 oz of silver and a 1/4 oz of gold still on its way to me.  I'm planning on thinning the heard and getting rid of my few pours.  I'm going to focus on mint tubes, individual coins and 10 oz bars.

This pic is almost 3 years old now and well before I went bonkers on poured silver, but it's the best I can do since I'm too lazy to get everything together these days.

It’s a beautiful sight, some people see this and all they see is wealth. Where as in this forum it’s passion, and love for silver and gold nothing more. Incredible

Reminds me of that famous reply by the late George Best, when he was asked what had happened to all the money he had accrued during his years playing football - "Well, most of it went on fast cars, birds, and booze...….and the rest I just squandered"

A lot gold held in the form of Indian jewellery

I have no idea how many oz gold is in jewellery form and 18 to 22 carat gold with some items having real diamonds.  ...

I bow to you, I really do. That is a mightily fine stack.

I like the idea of jewelry, especially of the kind that is of rich gold and considerable weight like you find in India and in the orient. I find myself standing in front of turkish jewelers at times and marvelling at the walls stacked out in gold...

I tip my hat to you, sir.

That's an impressive first month. 😁

😁 I had a bunch of savings and had thought about it for a while. With Brexit coming I thought I'd spend a bit before VAT makes it pointless. I didn't spend it all, but sadly it'll get slower now until Brexit ;)

Well that's a way to spend the savings. Been thinking about putting all my savings into silver but unfortunately my wife doesn't share my passion 😒

I would be careful put all your savings into Silver not an easy asset to sell especially if you a lot of oz’s. Need an exit strategy in case require access to those funds. Four months ago put the majority of my savings into Gold (70%) and Silver (30%) but my circumstances were I knew I was paying off the remainder of the mortgage in early 2019 and rental properties I have are all mortgage free. All PM’s that I have was never sold and passed down to my son as part of his inheritance it would have no financial impact on our family. PM’s only part of balanced portfolio and I would never advise anyone to put all their savings into PM’s unless their in a financial position to never need access to those funds for the remainder of your lifetime. PS my wife Indian and she loves all the shinny things I have bought made a lot easier to buy PM’s.

Thank you for the advice. I totally agree and would only use my liquid savings to speculate in such a way. These savings are the ones that tend to be labelled "holiday fund for when my wife is fed up with the cold weather" or "wife's shoe fund" hence why I would rather spend it on silver.

A bit late on this, this topic was intended as a full stack photo only topic by the author, I will move this over to that section and tidy up.
