Tapatalk notificatons

Now on the iPhone can't get tapatalk notifications on the new upgrade, also have to sign in everyday, hope I get used to it just not so positive about the upgrade yet

I can't even see anything and when I try and sign in, it doesn't do anything.  It just stays on the sign in page and doesn't give me any errors.

For now I have to use my PC and I already see an issue where it shows me there are new unread posts in a section but when I click into the section, nothing is highlighted.  There are new posts and I can see them if I click into the thread.  It only happens on the odd thread here and there.

Tapatalk isn't working yet. I am waiting for tapatalk to get back to me about the plugin so we can fix it. Please be patient.

Tapatalk integration has now been fixed. If you experience any issues when login into tapatalk please close the tapatalk app from background (to do this on Apple IOS double tap the home button at the bottom and then swipe the tapatalk up)

Still having login issue even after clearing cache and user and pass are entered correctly.  App also stopped and started.

A couple of users are expediting a problem with Tapatalk and are unable to loggin, please try the following;

First please try closing th app from thwack ground, on Apple IOS double tap the home button and swipe the Tapatalk window up.

Please try deleting the cache from inside the Tapatalk app > me > settings > clear cache

If that doesn't work try resetting your forum password and login in.

also not sure if usernames are case sensitive in Tapatalk so make sure you are using the appropriate case, your device may automatically try to make th first letter a capital when it should be lower case.

You can also try deleting the app and reinstalling. Or restart your phone, to do this on an iPhone press and hold the home button and power button until a white screen with the apple logo is displayed. No data is lost, it's the same as when you restart your computer.

If you have tried all of the above and still are experiencing problems you will need to contact Tapatalk directly who should be able to assist you further.

Those who experienced an issue and eventually managed to fix it, it would be helpful to other members if your able to comment below what fixed it for you. Thanks!

Anyone with login problem manage to sort it?

I did a complete start over by clearing cache, close app, delete app, restart phone, reinstall app. Still sticks on login screen.  Last resort was to change password and still the same issue.

Tapatalk have just today released a new update to their plugin and have said that it should hopefully fix the issues some users are having. I have installed the update so hopefully it works for everyone now. You may need to close the tapatalk app from the background tasks and reopen.
