lol seeing @Jvw is from Netherlands I assume t/m stands for "year x though to year y". Its a common dutch abbreviation that doesnt translate in English.

An I suspect 1975 tot nu means "till present".

Further deciphering this cryptic listing, anything with (*) is either a premium or doesnt exist.  

 1949, 1951, 1952 dont exist.

You should be able to source some of the recent years' bullion sovereigns close to spot from some here, I think (since spot is quite high at the moment). Good luck with your quest! Looks like want to add an entire date run as collection :) Very popular coins, can't go wrong with this.
