lol seeing @Jvw is from Netherlands I assume t/m stands for "year x though to year y". Its a common dutch abbreviation that doesnt translate in English.

An I suspect 1975 tot nu means "till present".

Further deciphering this cryptic listing, anything with (*) is either a premium or doesnt exist.  

 1949, 1951, 1952 dont exist.

You should be able to source some of the recent years' bullion sovereigns close to spot from some here, I think (since spot is quite high at the moment). Good luck with your quest! Looks like want to add an entire date run as collection Very popular coins, can't go wrong with this.
