Some people have paypal balances they dont want to transfer to their accounts. However I often see people saying it protects them. It doesnt even PP goods and services excludes bullion

It's a faff!!!! PayPal takes seconds.  My bank to do a bank transfer takes at least 5 minutes plus I have to wait for a authorisation code
