Royal Mint Bullion now only produces coins and bars, but these rounds were available for a short period of time.  There were 2 varieties, this one with the logo centered on the round, and another with the logo offset to one side.  Each round is 1oz of 0.999 fine silver.

Never seen these before. They look pretty good, wish they still made them.

I do as well, and they would certainly be a nice stacking round!  My assumption is that they didn't want to cannibalize sales from their bullion coins.  Here is the other design if you are interested:
