The short answer is, yes group orders are still happening.

People need to understand that we are in unprecedented times and delivery might take a while.

When I have more firm updates on shipping/cut off dates I will share them here.

Hi... If I go ahead with this order can I only order silver or can I order other metals too? I might look at some palladium which has the same tax rules as the UK

You can order whatever you like from the EU mint.

I guess this will already have been answered previously (my apologies) but if you order now on the 'pre sale' price is that what you pay or can the price still fluctuate @BackyardBullion

As far as I'm aware eir when you pay or put an order in it fixes the spot at that moment certainly does with any of the other bullion dealers I have dealt with

Price is lock when you make the order, any fluctuation after that doesn't impact you in any way

UPDATE ON FUTURE DELIVERIES

We are living in unprecedented and unpredictable times right now.

Dealers around the world are struggling to cope not only with demand from customers but also supply issues from mints all around the world.

Couriers are struggling and in some cases unable to ship items to countries on full lockdown.

We (the EU mint and us here at Backyard Bullion) are confident that in due course orders will be shipped but there are a lot of unknowns right now.

The short answer is, we don't know when the next shipment will be ready to leave Estonia and come to us. It could be weeks, it could be months.

Please be aware of this if you are placing orders.

In addition we don't know what the situation will be in the UK and domestic postal services and insurance.

Any and all updates will be communicated out on this thread. I would suggest you follow this thread if you have not done so already to get updates when they come.

I managed to order more when the dip hit and please don't hate me but i scored a 2020 silver maple leaf for only €13.90!!! (only ordered 1 though, but still!)

Hello @BackyardBullion I noted in one of your videos that you said the currency exchange the European Mint uses is really poor and you would recommend using something else. Is this still the case and what do you recommend using instead? Also, why is the ESM exchange rate so poor?
