The price for the EM is lovely!! Works out, if you bought only 25 Brits, at about £405.00 including delivery. Obviously if you bought more the price drops as the delivery gets split across the total amount.

@5huggy is right to wait for the EM group order but if you want some in the meantime, let me know.....though I would be asking for more than £405 delivered! (Sorry!!)

Is there not a charge for BYB to forward items?

YES - but spread across the SIZE of your order its an absolute minimum and generally will (for average bullion -NOT premium stuff)

beat THE azz out of VAT added UK AG! IMHO

(Btw - I have done a fair few LARGE orders via BYB )

Am I right @BackyardBullion 😵

My maths is based on you buying 25 coins from EM and paying them postage - so NOT going via the group order.

Direct: (25 x 18.31euro) coins + (30euro) postage = 487.75.

Exchange at xe.com is £405.69.

Order where from now? EM?

Yes, if its appropriate for you - You ORDER your "stuff" on the European mint web site and there is an option (at checkout stage ) to store

Paying in euro's has in past worked out even cheaper  - however JUST CHECK as the £/Euro is moving fast at the moment!

THEN get in touch with @BackyardBullion when the group order is "official"

THERE you GO!

I appreciate the tagging in this thread, but please be aware that until we actually leave the EU and formally go onto the transition period nothing is set in stone, especially the group orders.

My advice, if you want to buy and lock in prices now, buy and have delivered now. If you are happy to wait 2 weeks then hopefully we can save you a bit of cash.

As to "charges" for the group order, we ask people for tips, nothing is compulsory. All you would pay is 1.2% of the value of your order in postage and then postage from me to you. Usually saves people about £15 on orders of this kind of size
