No, but for you I'll cut the 65% premium in half.

No thanks...all good there. Appreciate your thoughts and comments. But I don’t think in comparison to my entire stack/collection that the purchase of these five coins will have destabilized my entire retention of wealth in PMs.

Yeah I guess apart from helping update the Gold Price website and making it easier for people to find cheap sovs. Can't please everyone I suppose...

Thank you very much for helping @Darr3nG with his Gold pricing website updates. However you weren’t very helpful in my enquiry about any gold sovereigns for spot or below. You could have easily directed me to his site and helped facilitate in that manner. By and by, if you have any 2017 gold proof sovereigns for 32.5% premium, I will gladly take one of those. Thanks.

You're the one who threw ad hominems at a newbie.

I note we're allowed to point out sites like bbp and rm are a rip off. Why not in this case?

To be fair, you had applied an ad hominem from your initial posting...

Fair point. Not a shrewd purchase...didn’t care if it was a shrewd purchase or the intrinsic value of the coin. I thought it was interesting and seeing as I don’t like to unnecessarily gamble this at least had some base value of silver with a very slight possibility of winning a 5 oz gold coin.

Off topic...do you have any gold sovereigns for sale at or below spot?

To be fair, he's correct. The numbers don't lie, this coin was a rip-off. Doesn't mean you aren't welcome to buy it for fun though!

Who won?

No idea...Would be interesting if the winning ticket hadn’t been claimed as the coin with COA hadn’t been sold yet, as they are probably out there for sale. “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” run on Gold Wonka bars if not claimed??

@h103efa, thanks for the link buddy!  As expected not “Always Winner” with the winning number of “10541”. @jonrms, any luck on your end?

No luck for me, but I gained 2 oz yo melt. I will keep 1 for historical reasons. Lol

Contact them and see how are they doing ; you never know 😉

I did, it was a giveaway from me and The silver trader. Together we decided on giving something back. And have fun.

In that case mate I'd call The silver trader and the winner of the give away and see how are they in these trying times.  You never know maybe 10k up 😄
