2007 RAM Silver Kangaroo - Rolf Harris

I am hoping somebody here might be able to shed some light on this anomalous coin.
The proof version recently sold for €87 (£73) on ebay.de and the frosted version for €110 (£93). The same week the frosted went for £27 on ebay.co.uk. These prices are not unusual on their respective sites.
Why the huge discrepancy between the two countries? Can German apathy/disinterest in Rolf Harris' crimes really account for the difference and nothing else?
All opinions/insight welcome.

I have one of each version spare so I can't think of any reason not to list it on ebay,de - would people here agree?

Rolf Harris is not a famous paedophile in Germany.

The only thing I have from my childhood in the 70's that is brand spanking new and pristine in it's own box is a Rolf Harris stylophone and it's worthless - thanks Rolf.

Hmm, I have to believe that it is mainly to do with Rolf's past fiddling not being publicised in Germany. Saying that, I do have a friend that started picking up his art work prolificly after his conviction as it took a massive hit in value. He believes that the notoriety of Rolf will give the works value in the future. I'm not so sure!
