Royal Mint returns

Hi all,

probably a silly question.

I made a purchase from the Royal Mint. I've decided to return the item.

There's nothing wrong with it I just want to return it.

On the invoice you have to enter a reason for return.

What should I put?

Thanks

Never bought from them directly, but I would imagine return can only be done under certain conditions, eg quality issue.

Otherwise the Royal Mint would be subjected to huge amount of returns, every time silver price crashes.

I should of stated I purchased from the Royal Mint shop and it's not bullion.

I've just called them and they said you have 14 days to return item from when it was delivered.

For the reason I was told to put,  'changed my mind'

Personally, I'm with the Mint on that one, if a product is faulty, retailer should pay postage for returns, if a consumer changes their mind then they should pay postage.
