Buyer.if you have made a paypal payment,you should check that you have sent the payment to the correct email address.a simple error could have been made by mispelling the payment too details.if that were the case you will need to phone paypal.also if you have sent the seller your own email address in a pm,the seller can the contact paypal to find out if a payment is in the system.
