The discoloration is just graphite residue, if you get some strong vinegar and leave it to soak overnight and then take a coarse cloth or very fine sandpaper it will come off easily without damaging the silver underneath

Thanks for more than the comment but also for helping me sort the silver shot.I will use the vinegar trick happens i bought 10 litres other day to make some fabric conditioner lol.
