As a person who sells a tonne of these...

the C denotes 1977 as others have pointed out, along with the fact that the queens head mark is special issue for the year (queens silver jubilee)

The lion indicates its sterling silver (liberty mark would denote Britannia silver 958 - much rarer)
The Anchor denotes assay office - in this case Birmingham. Of the four assay offices the Edinburgh castle is the rarest to find on these. 

The maker is a company I havent heard off -  may not be your traditional jewellery maker, especially due to the 1/2oz marking on it - most these were issued without weights. 

 

I also suspect the weight is about 14gms which is 1/2oz in traditional terms - and not Troy oz which would be 15.55gms. Would be interesting to know the weight
