The terms and conditions etc at the very beginning of the topic did clearly state the rules. In the interest of fairness I have to follow the rules that were initially set.

Awaiting reply from the other member to see if they have the flyer, before I publicly announce who the winner is, as may need to be redrawn again. If it gets to a stage where no one has the flyer then the prize will go to the first winner selected irrespective of if they have the flyer, as this seems fair.

Surely someone trusted could vouch that you were there and got a flyer at the time? 5 weeks is a long time to sit on it and wait for the draw imo.
