Buying from the US in the UK

Is anyone in the UK familiar with buying from the US and in particular from Brigandi Coins in New York. I especially need to know of any customs or import charges etc when buying a gold sovereign from them, Ive not looked at shipping cost yet or indeed if they ship to us here. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

A gold sovereign from the States? It must be something special. There are no duties on gold.

Always cast your vote - Spoil your ballot slip. Put 'Spoilt Ballot - I do not consent.' These votes are counted. If you do not do this you are consenting to the tyranny. None of them are fit for purpose.
A tyranny relies on propaganda and force. Once the propaganda fails all that's left is force.

COVID-19 is a cover story for the collapsing economy. Green Energy isn't Green and it isn't Renewable.

Update on this, Brigandi don't ship internationally, just through GSP from their EBay store. Ive heard bad reports about the GSP though.

I bought a Gold $5 Dollar coin from the US a couple of months ago at a very good price and had to cancel. with GSP added it was another $164 on top of the cost. It's really annoying when there is so many good bargains to be had from the US. If I go there on holiday I would fill my boots up.😉

Thanks for the rapid replies @sixgun @mr-dead. So I just need to see their shipping policy. It is a special date and a lot cheaper than Chards price , which is about the cheapest I found in the UK.

Just a thought, if you haven't already. You could try putting a wanted request on this forum for the specific sovereign (and grade) you are after. You never know...

On a completely unrelated note, why Vegas?

A hear of a lot of people who want to have holidays/vacations in Vegas, but I don't really understand that.

I know it's not my business but I'm just curious what the motivation is.

Technically, alcohol is a solution..

'It [socialism] poses a growing threat, however unintentional, to the freedom of this country, for there is no freedom where the State totally controls the economy. Personal freedom and economic freedom are indivisible. You can’t have one without the other. You can’t lose one without losing the other.'

"There is no such thing as public money, there is only taxpayers' money"

Let not England forget her precedence of teaching nations how to live.

Ah, that makes sense.  That's really the only reason I would go to Vegas; to play at the casinos. But I'm not a casino kind of person, so that's why Vegas doesn't "make sense" to me. But good luck to him! 👍

Vegas rocks - it’s a huge adult playground.

Casinos, shopping, eating, drinking, shooting, hookers. What more could any big kid ask for!
