Yeah Im not sure the avenue exactly how they are distributed, although usually a handful show up on eBay and a couple other places. They are usually FDOI limited to under 100 labels. Many times under 25 even. Signature by whoever etc. It's kind of more in the order of collecting sports cards with signatures than numismatics apply. The value is many times more in the FDOI designation, mintage, limited label and signature combined as well as the PM content. I think its also really with certain american coins that this little niche even really matters.
