Silver bars from Europe

Hi

I would like some help from members please.

I would like to know if anyone can recommend a Vat free place in Europe to buy silver bars. I currently buy coins from EU mint but they do not have many silver bars on offer.

I am mainly looking for 5 and 10 oz bars and any help would be much appreciated.

Best wishes

Tom

i think the best VAT free place in Europe to buy silver bars is the Silver Forum. To see all the sales as soon as they appear you will need to invest in the cost of a premium membership.

Silver bars have VAT on them in Europe - even in the likes of Estonia where there is no VAT on silver coins. You could take a trip to Guernsey where there is no VAT on anything, including silver bars, but i am not sure how they would deal with you as a UK resident. You can buy silver bars if you do not take delivery at various places but there will be storage costs. You could buy (200oz of) silver bars within the Kinesis currency project and no storage costs that is if you have bought at least one KVT.

The easiest way is to support the silver forum - upgrade your membership and buy bars from some of your fellow silver bugs

Totally agree with sixguns. The forum is astonishingly good for silver deals. As far as guernsey goes you'll get nailed for vat when u return to the UK(if customs find it) I live here so know this. A few guys on forum currently have some great deals on 10oz bars and coins. @arshimo2012 is defo one to contact as well as others @Roy @MrScottsdale

I live in Denmark and the cheapest place to buy silver that I’ve found, is germany. I have bought 1 and 5 kilo bars from coininvest.com. Their coinbars have legal tender, so that means they sell with lower vat.

Vat-free dosent exits in Europe. I know Estonia claim they have no vat on silver, but I still find thats its just as cheap in germany.
