Hi,

I'm getting some in. Think they might go. But the extremely limited mintage is only on the silver proof and gold coins. Didn't see mention in the bullion.

OK I've got to ask the question. Who is/was John Wick?

It is a movie franchise with the 3rd just coming out in cinemas soon. John wick is a contract killer portrayed by Keanu Reeves and these new release rounds are what he uses in the film (gold ones only I believe) to pay for things in there underground organisation.

I am a huge John Wick fan and I so want to get me some of these... but the premium is just way to high for something that seems not that difficult to press.  I feel like most of the premium is going to the movie people and I just don't want to give those (insert your own adjective) people.

Such a shame ... for me

" It states that it will have "extremely limited mintage". What do you guys think? "

Actually it says EXCLUSIVE, limited mintage. Probably limited to as many as they can mint...🤣

And there is a gold one too. https://www.apmex.com/product/191440/john-wick-1-oz-gold-continental-coin-w-box-coa

$400.00 over spot, yikes!

FORGET ABOUT IT if you live in California.....   Went to buy a couple rolls and during checkout of Apmex I got hit with $55 in tax?????   That destroys the spot price.

Too bad...... I like the coin

Had no idea what the John Wick movies were about until I came across this topic about John Wick rounds. The only novelty coins I own are silver Star Trek coins. In John Wick's world, goods and services are not purchased with traditional currency, but with gold coins exclusive to their community. These coins allow Wick to purchase everything from firearms to a clean suit. Sounds like my kind of world...
