2019 Perth Mint Next Generation

It's the Crocodile. Interesting and very surprising choice in my view as the Perth Mint tends to often avoid the more vicious and lethal elements of Australian wildlife. I loved the 2018 Koalas and will certainly get this but it's hard to get excited for a baby reptilian.  Obviously there is a 100% chance one of the remaining two will be a Kangaroo.  I now have no idea what the other will be as there are so many choices.2019 Perth Mint Next Generation Crocodile

Wait, there are elements of Australian wildlife that aren't either vicious or lethal or both? I assumed even the butterflies down there are venomous and/or drink your blood. 🦋😨☠️

My wife is Australian and is vicious and probably lethal!

Given that you've essentially just classified your wife as wildlife you'll likely be finding out one way or another very soon. A brave man indeed. 😀

This is a series that I just can't get into because I don't think the designs are anything special and I'd rather pick up another QB for basically the same price.

I think both the QB and NG are pretty cool. The 10 oz. Koala is extremely nice and has a very limited mintage. I don't know if you own any of the NG coins but they're better in hand than looking at it online.

Being in florida and about 50 feet from a lake that has a gator in it almost all the time I'd say a croc is a welcome change, and babies are cute, they are the only ones not trying to make a snack out of your dog.

Hmmm got 10 of the Koalas last year for about $350 usd. Silver is within a few cents of the same price. I wonder why these are selling for over $400usd for 10 now.... that’s a big hike in premium. Not the greatest looking coin IMHO..  I’m not sure if I will be picking any up.
