Anybody shed any light on these just looking around internet came across these and sure they are over priced but who collects them and why

I could be wrong but looks to me like some typical Westminster Collection rubbish. Print out a nice label, pop it in a case and boom! - Instant insane premium on a coin that isn't at all limited.

I wouldn't waste your time or money.

 

Edit - yeah just looked it up. £75 for what looks to be a bullion Britannia in a slab with a post marked label. I think I'm in the wrong line of work...
