Taxes on coin & bullion sales

I heard that Great Britian and other countries have taxes on bullion sales. I was wondering how much the taxes are and do the taxes apply   to over seas sale? Here in South Dakota we have no taxes on coin and bullion sale but if I would buy from say England does the seller have to charge tax?  If someone oversea bought bullion from the states and has it shipped does the taxes apply? Just wondering.

Any sales to customers outside of the EU do not have any sales tax on them from out point of view as sellers.

I have never had an issue with customers being taxed for my items when items arrive in the USA either, but then some states may vary so don't quote me on that.
