We are working closely with cyber specialists, law enforcement bodies and the Information Commissioner’s Office to establish the extent of any data breach and we will update you as soon as we can establish the full nature and extent of the incident.

Even though we do not store passwords in plain text if you use the same login email and password combination from your Gold Bullion Co. account on any other online platform please reset all of your passwords as soon as possible in order to safeguard the integrity of your other online accounts.

Also received the same email and a second email explaining how they resolved the issue. I’ve only ever bought two empty coin tubes from them. I removed their details from my bank account. I’ve got numerous reputable bullion dealers who I buy from and won’t be doing any further business with them. I don’t have the time nor patience to deal with online companies whose security has been compromised by hackers. There are much better dealers around.
