Mintage year & same design

Hello

A bit of a beginner's question but I do not understand if there is an interest in collecting one tube of each year for a coin having the same design and reprinted every year. I am not talking for speculation purposes (since it is the same coin , same weight in silver) but for collectors.

I will take an example.

Noah's Ark coin seem to be a series which has established itself as a recognized bullion.

Would it be more beneficial to have 9 tubes of 2019 or 1 tube of 2011 2012 2013 2014 2015 2016 2017 2018 etc..

I am not really understanding this , since an investor will look for the cheapest material possible (no matter the year) and a collector will turn into a series having a different design every year to "complete" the series.

Does any experienced person have a thought on this ?
