Climate Change - Fact, fiction or somewhere inbetween

Recommended Posts

What I have learned from this thread is that stupidity is alive and well.  Some folks literally cherry pick a sentence out of an entire article, change the wording and then present it as if it is fact. Then when your lies and manipulations are pointed out, you start into trying to discredit someone.  Frankly it saddens me, as I honestly thought when I entered into this that there was some intelligence here, but alas, it is just the Dunning-Kruger effect in action.

So go ahead, continue to lie to yourself and bury your heads in the sand... I for one am moving on, because the ignorance is just too overpowering.

Have a nice day

Yes we are all stupid and you are the smart one.

a lot of people can't see the woods for the trees.

eg if you pour milk into a bucket of water it turns

the water white. if it is then poured into the river,

it turns the river white. which then flows into the

sea and turns the sea white. which then flows

into the oceans and turn the oceans white.

perfectly logical?

the bucket of water is white, therefore all of the

oceans 'must' be white.

Oh look even Zerohedge is posting about the non-existent man made climate change.

https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2019-07-11/scientists-finland-japan-man-made-climate-change-doesnt-exist-practice

Quote

“During the last hundred years the temperature increased about 0.1°C because of carbon dioxide. The human contribution was about 0.01°C”, the Finnish researchers bluntly state in one among a series of papers.

But i guess we will still have to go back to the Stone Age to prevent the next 0.01°C in the next 100 years.

The myth must be perpetuated or unemployment will rise as tens of thousands, will be out of climate related non jobs (scientists included). Think of the lost revenue if governments had to cut climate self flagellation taxes.  Think of the bust from withdrawal in sectors related to climate, entire industries, power generation and vehicle transport. It would likely be an extinction event in itself :P

Climate is defined as the average state of everyday’s weather condition over a period of 30 years. Change is define to become different, or to make something become different

Can anyone phantom what we are trying to do? 🤣

🌞🌤️🌥️🌦️🌧️⛈️🌩️☁️🌨️🌧️🌬️

It is constantly in different state everywhere. How can one come into a conclusion without any bias of, the system that is in a state of flux covering the entire planet 🌎

I personally really don’t know about this topic, unless perhaps my life is lived everywhere around this planet.
