If the suppliers realised this forum is filled with silver addicts whi collect sets then they'd give us free 1oz silver coins and medals that they know are going to be 10 coin sets forcing us to pay extortionate premiums to complete the set...they'd make money, we'd foolishly think we were getting something for nothing and only truly cotton in when half say through and by that time e weds till complete the set...like the ugly third swan, the zombie dog, the plague ridden yale, etd, etc...for the investment of $15 of silver they could hit us up for $400 of collecting income.

I'm just trying to motivate sponsors to give me free siver...I bought some junk silver the last few weeks and then got hooked on buying old coins, now I'm the proud owner of an 1830 capped bust half dollar....I never even thought about it till getting the junk..which in turn me led me to get barber dimes, walking liberty's, etc...damn I'm too easy to get hooked...lol.

I know what you mean. I go for old pennies to scratch my numismatic itch. However my head is always quickly turned by some sort of shiny shiny that I must have, then the set, then the variations, then the.. ooh look a new shiny shiny... 😆
