Red spot?

hi

just looking for some advice

I have a graded 1oz panda that has a spot at the bottom of the coin. close photo up not great but does appear to have a reddish tinge to it.

I am aware of red spots on gold coins, would this be the same? as not seen on silver coins, ie. a bit of copper?

Thanks for all replies

managed to get a better picture using a magnifying glass, looks like a zit with a definite centre point with reddish surround!

doesn't worry me what it is, just curious as not seen before on silver coins

My 1/4 Oz QB Griffin has developed a red spot which I noticed the other day. I'm sure it wasn't there before Christmas when I checked it. It's annoying as it appeared to be flawless before that.

Never noticed red spots on any silver though, just the usual milk marks.
