2019 Four-sided gold proof quarter sovereign

Not your traditional sovereign but this is the first time ive ever seen a four-sided sovereign. Thought it was quite interesting. Mintage apparently 3,999. 1/4oz.

A bit pricey at £699 but these don't have the pedigree of a Royal Mint sovereign. Just square for the sake of being different but a true sovereign is round in everyone's mind. Looks nice but being called a quarter sovereign when it weighs 8 grams is confusing.

There is a bullion version for £95 but it weighs 2g

Sorry but this is just throwing your money away....you’d be better off buying  a regular bullion sovereign and then blowing the rest on a night out.

Certainly different, from the Royal Mint issued Coins, unsure of selling to get your purchase money back? I kind of like it.
