I’m looking to buy the above coins, however I cannot find any information on them at all. They are all Dutch, they weight 3.9 or 4.1g and the seller cannot confirm what karat of gold they are. Although they have been told by a pawn shop they are 22k. Any help on this will be much appreciated.

Thank you so much for your reply’s, however it’s the weight of the coins that’s causing me problems. The two links you have both provided are for 7.6g coins but these are only 3.9 or 4.1 and I cannot link those weights with anything. They have a combined weight of 19.9g so what do you think, bearing in mind the risk involved should I be paying for these coins?

Good point well presented...does seem a bit odd.

If you can get a refund if it all goes a bit pete tong it might be worth a punt if you really want them, but you could play safe and buy a Sov...or two!! 😄

That's the thing.  If you can't find much info on these then people who buy from you in the future will have the same problems.

I wouldn't want to pay over spot price even after being sure they are genuine and the expected gold content.
