SF member placed offer c 05:00 AM - no news (hope all is ok naturally). In order to make time of the essence - so to speak - they (said SF member) have until 15:00 GMT to secure the 'deal' otherwise it'll be back up. Trust that's reasonable.

The 5AM offer came back at c 14:47 stating that they wanted it 'all' for £315. Disgusted! Never come across a SF member like it! Complete waste of time.
