closed 1 oz Gold Queen's Beasts Unicorn of Scotland £1050

The price is £1110 , payment via bank transfer U.K buyers only, this includes Royal Mail special Delievery.

proof of purchase from ATS Bullion is available.

I would also consider a swap for bullion sovereigns (full sovereigns) or 1oz Britannia 22 carat version only, I don't want the original classic standing Britannia design, any other design is fine.

And if we are to exchange I would only do it with a long established member.

Thanks for looking.

Nick

we are on the same boat Pritchard, I listed a 1 oz queen's beasts unicorn on Sunday and no one has contacted me about it yet lol, thank god I don't need the money right now and I only listed the coin to see how quickly I can sell a 1 oz coin on the forum.

I was just going through the reasons in my head as to why no one wants to buy this from me and I thought of the following reasons:

1- big jump in the spot price.

2- 1 oz coins are not as liquid as sovereigns or other fractional coins

3- it's January and normally people are pretty broke after all the Christmas and new year spendings

4- I am a relatively new member and a lot of people here maybe don't trust me.

The problem is this:

On Sunday, the coin was £1110. Now it is £1050. A £60 drop yet spot has remained consistent.

I'm happy to wait another five days and it may be £1000.

IMO, £1050 is too low. Atkinsons want that for a Bull.

But I think you said you have a few so if bought right there is a profit for you anyway, even at £1050.

yes I am delighted, this was my first ever gold selling experience and it was great, the buyer was a very nice and pleasant person to deal with.

it also feels great that I managed to sell this coin that I bought in august 2018 with a profit and yet at a good price for the TSF buyer.

I think we all remember the member who bought his coins 2 years ago and ended up selling all of them to Atkinson at a  loss and that story caused a lot of concern for some members, but  this sale gave me peace of mind and reassurance that I invested my money wisely and don't have anything to be worried about.

thank you all.
