Not So Generous eBay Offer

Received the following message via eBay today.

‘ I am looking to buy up to 20/25 full gold sovereigns, irrespective of year and head for up to #165/ £170 each, shipped to Iberian Peninsula. Can you supply?’

I politely enquired why I would sell Sovereigns for £170 when I can get spot for them from a dealer and was told there was no need to be rude....

Ive got a buyer who sends me stupid offers on all my listings i just send back an offer at double my asking price and a smiley face.

I love eBay for buying and selling, but some people have no shame.

I hate when you lower down a price for a quick sell, and people still try to haggle you. You put up a posting for 1 oz of silver for £1, because you just need the £1 urgently and can’t be bothered. The next second a swarm of people asking... Will you take 50p. Lol, I don’t think anything is that urgent
