Do these fit silver 1oz coins in capsules in each segment does anybody know?

I bought one ages ago, I think some of the spaces are quite small but you can buy trays separately on e-bay (assuming the case dimensions are standard).

The case seems fine, and a lot cheaper than Lighthouse.

Ok cheers. The pictures on the website look like loose coins in no capsules in the first couple of trays and capsuled coins on the bottom. Will have to pop along to Lidl tomorrow to have a look.

Yep they fit 1o/z fine on the larger trays - I've used a couple for this.

Also, the red trays you find on Ebay will fit in these cases fine - you can get 24 x 45mm to hold 1o/z

I'll be getting 2 or 3 more then on Sunday - thanks for the heads up :)

These cases are German so are designed for Euros. But you can easily get new blue trays to fit from ebay - you need the 12 slot ones for Britannias/Kooks etc in capsultes. The Coin Gallery sell them - I received great service from them.

From memory there are three different sized trays available, all depend on what you collect and want to store.

You need the 41mm trays, I made a mistake, they take 20 coins in capsules. Brits/Kooks and the like are 39 mm and with capsules, fit perfectly into these 41mm trays.

This is the one I used but from another seller.

The trays that come with the case  may suit full soveriegns. You'll need to measure the diameter (in capsule) to see which are suitable.

If anyone has any links to the trays on eBay, especially for 1oz silver coins in capsules and full  sovereigns in T22 capsules it would be appreciated. Seems to be so many variations.

I think I got mine from Coingallery, just check the dimensions

I’ve got half a dozen of these from last year and the quality is the same typical quality you get on all these aluminium type cases, fine for keeping coins in safe and protected but I wouldn’t go throwing it down the stairs.

seen ones for twice the price that are no better quality so there a great deal

I bought 5 at first as there’s 5 trays in the case ( 1 of 1 size and 2 each of others) so I have them set up with all the same size trays in each so it’s nice and neat.

smallest tray only takes up to 22mm so only really fits either the likes of pound coins in, loose sovs,  1/10ths in capsules etc, you get 1 of them trays, you get 2 trays that take up to 33mm that I’m actually yet to use for anything other than £2 coins

most useful size to me is the 45mm ones that you also get 2 of as these fit all my 1oz stuff in capsules so I use that for my date runs etc.
