GoldeSilver.be not reachable

Just wondering if you have a similar issue?

I have been bundling a few coins GoldSilver.be and expecting the bundle to shipped when they have 2019 Silver Pandas in stock. 4 payments have been acknowledged by them but the latest payment is yet to be acknowledged by them - it's been 5 days since I have ordered and paid but the order status doesn't reflect the payment.

Since they have a 4 day payment guideline for bank transfer payments, I tried to call them to make sure they got the money but their number has either been unreachable to simply no answer from their end.

 

Just wondering if they are on holiday?

Happen to me in past , just send them email with your order reference and they will update status of your order.

Thanks @lubi29 . I wrote to them twice already but no response. I have had a similar issue in the past and they resolved it in the same day, but this time around they are taking longer than anticipated.

Last resort use access number 2p /min give them a call from the UK.

0032486864516 I believe would be the number dialing from the UK. Sometimes I have sent in an query but never answered but anything concerned about and no reply to emails call them.
