No problems at all.

I ordered a coin on 1/11 and delivered by UPS on 5/11.

Good communications with Tobias (the manager, i think)

I did try to price match another coin later but not successfully so purchased from another german dealer (with help from google translate)

Thinking about making a purchase from coininvest and wondering what their service and delivery is like?

cheers

Service and delivery excellent. Not the cheapest, though.

Just put a order in on my card and paid for it and received a email confirmation, but when I look on my account it says I made a order four minutes earlier and that order is awaiting payment via bank transfer and that I have to pay by tomorrow if I don’t pay for it will it just get cancelled or have I entered some sort of contract for paying , it seems I still have to pay from what I have read on their website is this correct or will it just get cancelled as this was a genuine mistake somehow

Ordering proces is clear and unambiguous from what Imremember. If you have accepted the terms and conditions on a proposed purchase you are bound by these terms which include no right to cancel.
