VAT free Silver after Brexit with Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland in the case of No Deal

Hi, My name is Brian and I see YouTube channel BackyardBullion buying high silver orders worrying about Brexit . I was wondering what If you could get Cheap EU VAT free silver (or anything) after Brexit with Republic of Ireland (EU) into Northern Ireland (UK) in the case of a No Deal Brexit.

Ireland is staying in the EU, no matter what happens. I ( or anyone else living in the Republic) am able to buy VAT free EU silver coins no hassle after Brexit. The EU or Britain won't be able to block the border. Farms cross the border into each other counties on both sides. Technically,  roads can be bordered checked after Brexit, but private farms can't. I (or anyone) could be invited by the private owner to walk through the border on these farms and then the silver is in the UK, tariff and VAT free.

You could also look at the Isle of Mann. They aren't in the EU, but are in the UK? or the Channel Islands. I'm just suggesting that the VAT free silver should still be available after a No Deal Brexit. I can't believe no one has suggested this yet?

As a new member you appear to have missed a couple of years of forum comments over this subject so your last sentence is incorrect.
Today, ALL goods ( except a shipment valued below £15 ?? - not checked the current figure ) arriving into the UK from a non EU country are subject to VAT.
If the UK is out of the EU then ALL goods arriving into the UK will most likely be subject to VAT unless there is a dispensation yet to be agreed.
Assuming the UK has to charge VAT on arriving goods from the EU after 2020 ( or April next year with no deal ) and with no physical border checks in Ireland, anyone avoiding declaring goods would be smuggling and that's why the EU is doing its best to bully the UK into a deal we Brits cannot agree to.  Sorry to bring this up but the EU has made the Irish border the catalyst that might see Britain leave without a deal, topple our Prime Minister next week and maybe allow a Corbyn government into number 10 and then we are totally f*cked as a country.
