Last year we had a few outside the uk. Posted via royal mail. Its not all that much extra from memory. It was the doner that covered the postage of there prize.

Obviously if anyones postage bill is massive then im sure the winner would happily add a few quid towards delivery ?

What do people think ?

if someone from outside the uk wins my gift, then I'm happy to give them the cash instead otherwise it will be a £50 nike gift card.

since I am a very sporty person myself, I always want to encourage people to do more exercise, even though my girlfriend hates the idea and got very offended once when I bought her trainers 😂
