Haha that’s great.  Does it come apart or one piece?

it breaks down into the componet parts like the pen and cig holder etc.

Very effective, nice gold colour. What are they made of?

Its a type of plastic called PLA used in 3D printing, colour is gold silk so no painting or anything needed.

So the models are solid gold plastic, what do they weigh?

You can specify a fill rate when you slice the model, I printed it with a 50% infill level to save plastic so not 100% solid, just checked and it comes in at 91g on the scales.

@mr-dead, Great printing and build!...Sorry, but the barrel also looks to be inverted.

I copied the original creaters build instructions but I think you are correct and have already rotated the barrel so the pen clip works as a sight.

As mentioned above the trigger is also the wrong way around so fliped that around too.

Super happy with how this 3D print turned out.

Base is wood fill pla then edited the gcode with an M600 code at layer 75 and switched to gold silk pla for the lettering and section the coins push into.

1 gold escudos

2 gold escudos

4 gold escudos

Glass dome was recycled as they previously only held one coin, distortion at the top is an optical illusion caused by the glass.
