I recently heard someone on a Park & Ride bus in Oxford, mention the 'Transferrable Marriage Tax Allowance' and thought nothing of it - cannot possibly apply to me etc..
How many of us know what this is or have heard about it ?

Anyhow I checked out this site -

and to my amazement I could claim instantly on-line even around 15 ounces worth of silver now and automatically every year into the future.
PLUS I could also claim for the last 3 tax years beginning with 2015/16 so over £600 to be sent by cheque.

If you meet the criterion the application process took only a few minutes.

I've heard of it but I wasn't prepared to mess about with our tax codes for the sake of a few hundred quid. The reason was if HMRC messed up It would be a lot of hassle to correct and to who's advantage. But each to there own.
