Thanks for flagging up about the discount code - I just managed to pick up a tenth ounce 2018 gold Britannia for £89.25 with free P&P, which is a very nice way to start the weekend :)

And the same seller has a half ounce one available with a Buy It Now Price of £499 - https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2018-Gold-Britannia-Half-Ounce-Coin/253818154266?hash=item3b18bdad1a:g:FTwAAOSwaVNbbzMg

Nowt cheap enough, I was in the market for some 1/10th too, but as noted dealers seem to bump up 10% so the bargains disappear.  I think you might save a £ over Royal Mint which comes in a capsule. Proofs might be worth it if one knows the market prices well enough.

101 pounds vs 108 royal mint

plus I never have Britannia so that helps

but 1/10 probably too small

Incidentally, I couldnt resist some below spot price gold. Picked up a random date sovereign from Bullion by Post

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Gold-Full-Sovereign-Elizabeth-II-Decimal-Portrait/152976755277?hash=item239e200a4d:g:QckAAOSwv0tU9egU

With cashback & nectar points it works out to be £213 (about 98% of spot).

I went for a 2012 sovereign. Only my second sovereign of any size and I fancied the different face design. May as well pay extra over a best price random year one while the ebay offer is valid.

Another tenth ounce gold Britannia for £105 (before the 15% discount) and again with free P&P if anyone is interested:

At £89.25 after the 15% discount (and that figure doesn't take into account Nectar or cashback), I reckon that works out at about 3.5% below spot :)

Hmmm £105 seems too low to begin with
