I never thought the 2017 coin was all that great, but this is worse. With that frosty finish all over the coin and it's unattractive design, this is a loser imho.

It's a basic bullion coin, they don't pretend otherwise.

I like it, on the same level a maple but I prefer the Krugerrand.

The design is basic but they feel good in the hand, may grab a monster box to accompany my gold ones

Pleased i got rid of my 2017 krugs without taking a hit ,bit of a newbie then ,but knew that once they were going to basically issue the same coin this year the big premium on last years would fall very quickly

May I ask what was the mintage on the 2017. Seems that round is the big dog. Was looking to purchase one but the best price I found here in the states is $44.95 US. That's a lot of premuim for a COA and a velet screen printed bag for your round to go in. If there's one thing to say the finish on the 2017 is more attractive than on the 2018.

Looks at them in Euros rather than pounds. I expect they will sell quite a few at this price though.

Why is their GBP price almost the same as the Euro price? I presume you buy the orders in Transferwise Euros, so the fee will push that up a little but hopefully not as much as making it 1 for 1.

It's still a great new bullion and outshines any Maple or Owl or Ark, I'd say.

I'm guessing these aren't available for this month's group order with it saying shipping time early September  (although it does say they're in stock...)
