Nah it would have to be a perfect copy I reckon, I am surprised none of the mints have brought out a Discworld series yet, based on the cover picture/characters of the books.

Give us a heads up @BackyardBullion when you do. I'll have Australia & New Zealand, maybe Africa too.....oh, let's just say all the continents to be fair.  Just have to buy a lotto ticket first. They can then sit alongside my silver spherical globe? Planet Earth in all its manifestations.

I also agree, a limited edition is just that. You would loose credibility if you compromised and made privy marks and the like to satisfy demand. As your business grows with your reputation, each unique piece should increase in value as well as being a lovely art piece to appreciate.

I like the continents idea, but maybe an easier piece to realise would be a world map in bar-shape (regular Mercator projection map or the likes). That might me cool. Or what you hinted at: a flat earth model ?.
