I am expecting the delivery to me at some point next week.

I have sent out all of the postage invoices. If you have not received one please let me know ASAP so I can check my records. 

You will all also have a PDF attachment which is a distribution invoice attached to your postage invoice email, if you need it there it is!

If you are looking for a way to say thank you for this group order (which by the way is going to be the most complicated one to date with 95 different individual coins for me and Mrs BYB to sort through and check!) then please consider picking up some of the remaining 1 oz Silver Forum Bars (2018). We only have 25 left and they go towards helping keep the silver forum free and running. These group orders would not be possible without the forum and any support you can give both me and the forum helps!

We have not worked out the details of the 100g forum bars yet but there will be an announcement on them in mid to late July.

However, I still have 5 of the 2017 100g bars, those are £75 each.

3 small mistakes from GS.be

x1 too few scrooge mcDuck

x1 too few panda

x2 too many spade guinea

The affected customers have been informed and have agreed to take a spade guinea instead of their original order.

I fed back the errors to GS.be who replied with the following:

For those of you out there who think they are all nothing but bad customer services this shows another side of them.

They have subsequently offered me a compensation of €3 which is the total that the customers overpaid for the replacement guineas. 

Considering the speed at which they turned this VERY complicated order around the fact that there were only 3 minor errors is AMAZING all things considered. 

I know some of you out there do not like GS.be - but I have to say WELL DONE!!!!! Eva, if you read this - I love you!

Fair enough, I think those who accepted the mistakes are champions.  And to be honest, the company's reply was good, although they could have compensated the group a bit more ie 10% deduction on the next order. But that's my 2 pence worth. I can't wait to get all my silver. Lol oh yeah

10% deduction - love it!

I was referring to postage at the least but a overall deduction before shipment would be nice to see as we are doing a big trade monthly with these companies.

That's a really good result considering as you say BYB the complexity of the order ...?

They could have done a fair bit more than that imvho, especially as their rival for these group orders (European Mint) send out free silver for a first unboxing video.

They should calculate the return and replacement coins (at their cost) before offering such a small amount, which would be acceptable to both parties and hopefully beneficial to both. They shouldn't use the goodwill from members towards BYB in accepting the wrong coins to offer so little.

We could push back on them....

But risk reward analysis says, is it worth pissing them off over €3

In my opinion, no.

I offered financial compensation to the buyers affected and they both told me to keep it for the tips pot.

Too late to push back! Like I said I think they've been fortunate on this one likely because of the goodwill towards yourself BYB - this could have cost them a fair bit to make good so I think that was a pathetic offer myself!

Still it seems all's well that ends well, always good to keep up good relations with people you plan on continuing to deal with

Looks like a new approach from them. Much better imo. Why couldnt they be like this from the start with every customer. Then they wouldnt have so many forum topics about them. So easy for them to reply nicely like this.

45 parcels done!

Hats off to Mrs BYB. Her day off from a very busy day job to help get all of your parcels unboxed, sorted, filmed (4 videos!) packaged, wrapped and all done before the England game!

Everything will be in the post tomorrow and with you later in the week...with the exception of those of you who have still NOT paid your postage!!! YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE!!!

In the meantime - I am going to go and curl up in a cool dark room and watch the footie with a well earned beer!
