Great vid, excellent summary - touching upon both some great rarities of the past as examples, and the key modern issues :)

Very surprised at the 2018 prices you report (I have no intention to sell for now so have not looked at secondary sales so far). These are such a high standard and with such a historical significance in the series (it will be the only Sapphire Anniv. any of us see in our lifetime) that any sold cheap - well imvho some sellers are going to be crying at the final established market rate. Personally with the way Sov worldwide following has built up I expect that sooner (five years max) rather than later.

The Wedding SotD is the mystery atm but with so few graded and authenticated it could be the 'ransomware' of the 2017s, or equally I think it could be an anomaly that doesn't attract much interest. That's going to be fascinating to see! Very clear tip though for those who still wish to buy and grade @Numistacker (must be submitted fully sealed in OMP from RM). Again also a great (and crucial) point about hindsight - I think we saw this so clearly last year with all the issues, and I too agree once the dust settled the Anniv SotD is the winner, but I guess we shall see!

I don’t know about the wedding one but I did see a sale of the February SOTD at 1000 in MS70

Sorry - edited my post a bit for clarity, with a little extra input, and clearing up the typos (I'll bet I'm not the only one on here with OCD :P!).

The wedding anniversary is going to be absolutely fascinating going forward imvho, hindsight will be so (especially!) interesting on this one I think. It could be the absolute under-the-radar key, and yet in a year of so many 'specials' it might be the one that few care about (or even know it exists!). I'm certain it will hold its value graded well, but will we see its true value established within our lifetimes? So interesting - love it!
