Last year's royal canadian mint coins on sale in post offices

I noticed the other day while doing some business at the post office that lots of the last year's mintage were on special. I almost bought one yet thought I'd read more on the subject.

sorry, this wasn't meant to be ''spam'' , I posted that in lieue of an introduction. I didn't really knew what to say. Is there a place where I should properly introduce myself? I couldn't specify the post office location not to be pin pointed as someone that  attempts to ''preach for his province'' so I took the link I could find. No canada post office website will tell that they have coins on sale at specific locations. Thanks for reading!
