Are the SOTD Sov's proof coins as suggested by NGC on your slab? Thought they were all brilliant uncirculated

It is Brilliant Uncirculated. However with such a low (400 max) number being struck and the dies so new they are sometimes unable to tell the difference between BU and Proof as the quality is so good.

 

The COA you will have with the item states its BU. But in fairness the quality of the strike on the coin is on top form!
