Proof in higher grade vs slightly lower grade proof in Cameo

Just out of interest, if you found two sellers with a coin you’ve been after and both priced roughly the same, one’s a PF65 and the other’s a PF64Cam or Ultra cameo, which one would you go for?

Based purely on the grade and on the fact most sales are over the internet, PF 65. It's hard to convey great eye appeal in photos sometimes and I think the auction websites like eBay make it so the designations RD, Cameo, DPL, don't show up as readily as the grading scales numbers.

I love it when I get an Ultra Cameo, but a PF 64 in UC, is this an older coin? Seems like a modern coin might have been dinged up quite a bit to receive such a low grade (numerically) and high cameo designation....

Thanks. My instinct would be to go with higher grade and glad to hear someone agrees.

It's 100 years old coin, hence the grading's are only mid-60s as opposed to the high 60s that you'd expect with newer stuff.
